1. EU right of withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The 14-day period starts on the day you (or a person indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.
2. Exercising your right of withdrawal
To withdraw, inform us by an unambiguous statement, for example by email to info@ascoeurope.com
Please mention your order number, name, address and the items you wish to return.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and at the latest 14 days after you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
3. Condition of returned products
Because of hygiene and safety requirements for cosmetic products:
- Products must be unused, unopened and in their original, undamaged packaging, including any hygiene seals.
- We cannot accept returns of products whose sealing has been broken after delivery if they are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
- Opened, used or damaged products cannot be refunded unless they were defective on arrival.
4. Return costs
Unless we sent you the wrong or a defective item:
- You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
- If we delivered a wrong, damaged or defective product, we will cover the costs or propose another appropriate solution.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- We refund the purchase price of the returned items and, where the entire order is returned, the standard initial shipping cost.
- Any extra costs for a more expensive delivery method chosen by you are not refunded.
- Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original payment, unless you agree otherwise.
We aim to process refunds within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods or proof of shipment.
6. Non-returnable items
Unless defective, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used cosmetic products
- Products without original packaging or with broken hygiene seals
- Items returned outside the 14-day withdrawal period (without statutory warranty claim)
7. Defective or incorrect products
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ascoeurope.com, with your order number and photos. We will assess and offer a replacement, credit or refund where appropriate.
